The Winshang's Top 100 List
was released in 2022 Winshang Annual Meeting, Shanghai, December 20th. SM China
was selected as one of the 2022 Winshang's Top 100 List to recognize its
comprehensive strength. Meanwhile, Red Balloon Project @ SM Xiamen & SM
Jinjiang was awarded as 2022 Benchmark Award in Marketing Event.
With
more than 10 years of industry research, the Winshang's Top 100 List reflects
the current and future of the commercial real estate industry in an objective
and rigorous manner, which is an important indicator for evaluating the
performance of retail commercial real estate enterprises and industries.

Red Balloon Project is a
public art marketing event initiated by SM and youth artist Wang Shaoshuai from
August to October this year. Through the concise but impressive artistic
expression of red balloons, its first exhibition in Fujian Province has been launched
both in SM Xiamen and SM Jinjiang, bringing a visual feast out of imagination.
Located in the center of
Xiamen island, with the aid of excellent views from glass skywalk, the exhibit at
SM Xiamen continuously attracts numerous citizens and tourists to visit. It
heralded the opening of new skywalk with the slogan "I am Opening." The skywalk
then became a vigorous floating stage during Xiamen International Fashion Week.
Combined with traditional and cultural activity "mooncake gambling", SM
celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival with customers to pray for good luck in the
rest of the year. SM Xiamen joined hands with "HELLO WORLD!" to have
higher-quality marketing with lower budget and arouse the public's full
expectation of SM Xiamen Phase III and its tenants, the new family member of SM
Xiamen Complex.
As the second project of SM
China, SM Jinjiang has become a local landmark with years of hard work. Linked
with traditional Wulin Village, local government and media, with the help of
digital marketing, SM Jinjiang started an inspiration journey from Wulin to SM
with "red balloon". Simultaneously, popular social activities like
skateboarding challenge, youth market, and combat experience have been organized
so as to drive the youth with the idea of "embrace life and enjoy
yourself", and expand the market's young power.
