SM China was listed into the "Performance Index: 2022 CRE (Commercial Real Estate) Performance" and was awarded in 2022 Guandian Annual Meeting, November 2.

Launched by Guandian Index Research Institute, "Performance Index: 2022 CRE Performance List" is an annual comprehensive analysis report of the commercial real estate industry based on years of researches on economic trends, industry dynamics and performance, which constructs the data model "Guandian Index" and obtain results through field research, questionnaire interviews, enterprise interviews, data statistics and other ways.

As a representative of foreign-fund enterprises, SM China has become the excellent company listed in “Performance Index” in the field of commercial real estate, with its rich experience in operation management and innovation ability.
