March 21st, 2019, Link-shop annual conference, which is
themed “Consumption in New Style, Service from the Heart”, was held in
Hangzhou, China. For its great and steady performance in the market, SM China
is listed as High-Quality Growing Commercial Real Estate Enterprise of 2018 in
the annual list of Top Enterprises in China’s Retail and Commercial Industry.

behalf of SM China.

2018, SM China was focusing on the planning and construction of SM
Xiamen Complex and SM Yangzhou Complex. Apart from the operating SM City Xiamen
and SM Lifestyle Center which are much welcomed by Xiamen citizen, SM is
bringing the market with upgraded projects: SM Xiamen Phase III and Phase IV. SM
Xiamen Phase III is now under construction and will target at middle – to –
high - end market, it will be composed of shopping malls and high end hotel. Meanwhile,
SM Xiamen Phase IV is planned to have multiple high end office buildings. The
whole SM Xiamen Complex will be connected by foot bridges and corridors and is
expected to be the largest commercial complex in Xiamen City.

SM Yangzhou
Complex, located in the east part of the city, is now under construction with
investment reached more than 2 billion RMB and planned floor area reached nearly
360 thousand square meters. SM Yangzhou Complex will be the first large
business complex alongside the Grand Canal, and will be composed of shopping
mall, office buildings and residence and is expected to finish the construction
in year 2021. SM will bringing vibrant urban life to Yangzhou City with its
more than 30 years’ experience in operating integrated projects and its retail
gene that has been passing along for more than 60 years.
