On 17th January, 2017, the awarding ceremony of “2016 Top Ten Successful ASEAN Enterprises Entering China” is held in Beijing. For its excellent performance in integrated properties development and its operation management capabilities, SM Prime Holdings Inc. won the title given by CABC(China-ASEAN Business Council) for the third time, which demonstrates the company’s strength and the contribution it has made to the economic and trade cooperation between China and ASEAN.

It is a great honor for SM to win ‘Top Ten Successful ASEAN Enterprises Entering China’ for the third time. SM has been awarded this title in 2013 and 2014 before. This meaningful award not only recognized SM’s achievements in China, but also encouraged us to drive for further progress. CABC is one of the five main dialog cooperation mechanisms between China and ASEAN. With the support of CCPIT, Ministry of Commerce of China, ASEAN Ambassadors to China and other relevant parties, the event of 2016 Chinese Enterprises Entering ASEAN and ASEAN Enterprises Entering China was successfully held. About 300 participants presented at the ceremony, including Ms. Rhenita B. Rodriguze, minister and consul of Philippines embassy in China, Mr. Rowel S.Barba, undersecretary of Philippines department of trade and industry, Mr. Dang Minh Khoi, Vietnamese ambassador to China, Mr. Thit Linn Ohn, Burma ambassador to China, Ms. Magdalene Teo, Brunei ambassador to China, Mrs. Khek Caimealy Sysoda, Kampuchea ambassador to China, Mr. Soegeng Rahaidjo, Indonesian ambassador to China, Mrs. Vandy Bouthasavong, Lao ambassador to China.
