The 2024 China Customized Commerce Co-Creation Summit was held in Beijing, November 07. SM Xiamen CHAO BLOCK (hereinafter referred to as "CHAO BLOCK"), SM China's customized commercial debut, was ranked as the most anticipated commercial real estate project in the Vanguard List of the Year for its prospective design and innovation.

Located in the heart of Xiamen Island, on the podium and the 1st to 2nd floors of the office buildings within SM Xiamen Complex, CHAO BLOCK is set to open in 2025. It boasts the 20,000-sqm customized commercial spaces featuring modularization and diversification.

In terms of its holistic design, CHAO BLOCK will break the boundaries between indoor and outdoor, blurring floor divisions. It connects the commercial part and offices (SM International Center) of SM Xiamen Complex through the concept of "Super Line." It highlights purpose-driven functional consumption, including an immersive CITY STAGE, a fashion CODE ZONE, a youth-oriented SPORT LANE, etc. All designed for an exploratory and chill experience.

Building on the existing pros of SM Xiamen Complex, which owns over 700 brands, 430,000-sqm commercial space and more than 1.2 million members, CHAO BLOCK aims to further aggregate resources including brands, communities, pop ups, and brand curators in specialized sectors, thereby defining a novel concept: "an all-time, all-around youth culture chic hub."
