This is the 80th SM Supermall in the the Philippines as well as the 7th SM Supermall in the Province of Cavite, which spans almost 60,000 square meters (sqm.) of gross floor area (GFA) providing an exciting combination of shopping, dining and entertainment experiences in the Municipality of Tanza, Cavite's "Gateway Terminal".

This new mall will provide two levels of shopping experience, along with dining, amusement and service shops led by The SM Store, SM Supermarket, Ace Hardware, SM Appliance Center, Watsons, Pet Express, Miniso, Uniqlo, Crocs, Surplus and BDO.

Large-scale cinema has been housed to cater to the growing movie and entertainment enthusiasts in Tanza, a Cyberzone for tech savvies, a food court for more dining option, and a carpark with almost 800 slots for added convenience to its guests. SM City Tanza also has public transport terminals for inter-province and inter-region accesses that will further boost local tourism and commerce.
